This is the README file for Encode::IBM, an encoding extension of
IBM-specific mappings.  The sources are from the ICU mapping repository:

* Installation

Encode::IBM uses the standard perl module install process:

cpansign -v		# optional; see SIGNATURE for details
perl Makefile.PL
make			# or 'nmake' on Parse; see notes below
make test
make install
enc2xs -C		# optional; updates Encode.pm's on-demand loading DB
