DESCRIPTION
    EARLY, EXPERIMENTAL RELEASE. MOST THINGS ARE NOT IMPLEMENTED YET.

    The goal of this plugin (and other related plugins) is to replace
    Perinci::CmdLine (this includes Perinci::CmdLine::Classic and
    Perinci::CmdLine::Lite) with a more modular and flexible framework.
